FAQ
-
Are your jams really homemade?
Absolutely! Every jar is made in my Florida cottage kitchen, following all state safety regulations. Fresh fruit, fresh-squeezed citrus, organic sugar, and no weird ingredients you can’t pronounce. Just pure, delicious jam.
-
Do you use fresh or frozen fruit?
Fresh, always. If it’s not ripe and beautiful, it’s not going in a jar. That means every spoonful tastes like the fruit was just picked.
-
How long will my jam last?
Unopened: up to 12 months in your pantry.
Opened: about 3–4 weeks in the fridge (if it even lasts that long before you eat it all).
-
Do you ship outside Florida?
Right now, no. Shipping charges and the extra packaging costs are keeping us local for now. But we’re happy to connect you with pick-up options or meet you at an event if you’re nearby. Just hit us up on the contact page.
-
Where can I buy your jam in person?
Purchase online and have it delivered to you (Jupiter & Palm Beach Gardens only).
I will also make it available in pop-up shops or local farmers’ markets. Check our events page for the latest.
-
How spicy are your jams?
Not spicy — we keep them sweet, tangy, and fruit-forward. But if enough people ask for a spicy mango or berry-jalapeño, I just might make it happen.
-
Can I use your jams for cooking?
Oh yes. Glaze chicken or fish, swirl into cocktails, layer in parfaits, dollop over cheesecake… The Recipe page has all sorts of ideas to keep you busy.
